Welcome to our breakfast workshop on inclusive leadership

There’s a large amount of literature showing that diverse teams led inclusively are more engaged, productive and innovative. For instance, according to Deloitte, inclusive organisations are 6 times more likely to innovate. In 2017 Russell Reynolds Associates found that 74% of global executives believe diversity & inclusion is crucial to the success of their organisations. But that same research uncovered that only 24% of those executives are aware of the definition of inclusion. In other words; it’s about time to address inclusion and inclusive leadership.

Therefore, we invite you to join us for an interactive breakfast workshop on August 30. The workshop will be led by Gigi de Groot, our colleague whose passion for the power of diversity and inclusion definitely will inspire you to take action.
